Rethinking the reception desk

Overview
As a UX designer at Central I worked closely with Proxyclick for almost 4 years helping the company shape its website, backend application and kiosk app. Two designers were assigned for each 4-day design sprint, and usually I was the one responsible for organising and facilitating the sprints, creating and testing prototypes, while another colleague would be complementing me on visual design and/or development.
During these 4 years I had the luck to experience first-hand how design can transform a small start up to an industry leader without throwing away vast amounts of money. Read a case study in Central's blog.
